NCLAT: If Resolution Applicant’s Plan Rejected by CoC, RA Can Participate in Fresh Invitation - 06.01.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that if CoC disapproves resolution plan including revised plan submitted by the resolution applicant, the same resolution applicant can submit a fresh plan in a freshly issued invitation to expression of interest.
