SC: Under Arbitr. Act, 1940 Period of Objection Starts from the Day Objector becomes Aware of Award - 06.01.2025

Supreme Court has held that under the Arbitration Act, 1940, the period for filing objection commences from the date the objector is aware of the existence of the award and not from the date on which formal notice is received.
