SC: Incorrect on Part of HC to Delete District Magistrate as Necessary Party in Election Petition - 03.01.2025

SC while issuing notice in a petition that challenged order by Allahabad HC allowing deletion of DM as necessary party in an election petition, has observed that the HC was incorrect in removing the DM from the proceedings as the candidate will not be able to furnish information alone.
