SC: In Exceptional Cases of Land Acquisition, Compensation May be Determined on Basis of Later Date - 03.01.2025

Supreme Court has observed that in exceptional cases of land acquisition, Court in exercise of its powers under Article 142 of the Constitution can direct shifting of the date for determination of the market value of the acquired land.
