SC: In CrPC the Term Complaint Means One Filed before Judicial Magistrate & Not Executive Magistrate - 03.01.2025

Supreme Court has stated that a complaint within the meaning and scope of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 would mean such a complaint filed before a Judicial Magistrate and not an Executive Magistrate.
