Madras HC Takes Suo Motu Cognizance of a Student’s Sexual Assault Inside Anna University Campus - 27.12.2024

Madras High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of alleged sexual assault committed on a student inside the Anna University campus in Chennai. The Court has directed the State Government to submit a report on the incident and its probe.
