Del High Court Issues Directions for Quick Disposal of Cases Seeking Quashing on Basis of Compromise - 27.12.2024

Delhi High Court has issued directions regarding disposal of cases seeking quashing of First Information Reports (FIR) on the ground that parties have arrived at a settlement. The Court directed that such petitions would now be listed first before Joint Registrar for verification.
