Del. HC: 24 Seven Files Suit for Trademark Violation against Godfrey Phillips - 26.12.2024

Retail store 24 Seven has filed a suit against Godfrey Phillips India Limited in the Delhi High Court, for using its trademark unauthorizedly. Godfrey Phillips has disputed the allegation on the ground that it had stopped using the mark from October 2024.
