J&K HC: Can Set Aside an Award Passed by Ineligible Arbitrator - 24.12.2024

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, an award passed by an ineligible arbitrator can be set aside.
