All. HC: Organisations Cannot Claim Allotment of Particular Land at Mahakumbh Mela - 23.12.2024

Allahabad HC while disposing a petition seeking allotment of a particular land during Mahakumbh Mela, has stated that no particular organisation can claim a vested right for being allotted a particular land only because the said land may have been allotted to it in the previous years.
