SC: If there is an Order to List a Case, Registry Can’t Refuse it on Grounds of Procedural Defects - 23.12.2024

Supreme Court has held that when there is order of the court directing listing of the cases specifically assigned to the bench, the registry cannot defy the order and refuse to list the case on the ground that there was non-compliance with procedural aspects.
