SC: No Person/Entity Can Be Allowed To Make Undue and Unjust Profit from Public Property - 23.12.2024

SC has stated that the golden principle is that Govt. procedures or policies pioneered in public interest must genuinely serve public & not merely enrich private entities. No person or entity can be allowed to make an undue and unjust profit from public property, at the cost of the public at large.
