Ker. HC: Proceedings Under POCSO Cannot be Quashed on Ground of Settlement between Parties - 19.12.2024

Kerala High Court has held that the legal position is apparent and comprehensive that criminal proceedings involving very serious offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 could not be quashed on the ground that the accused and the complainant had settled the matter.
