Del HC while hearing a plea for condonation of delay alongwith an appeal u/s 37(1)(c) of A&C Act, 1996, has observed that for considering the application seeking condonation of delay it is not the number of days of delay that is important but it is the sufficiency of reasons that would be relevant.
