SC: Even if Arbitral Tribunal Becomes Functus Officio, Clarification on Award Can be Issued - 19.12.2024

Supreme Court has observed that even if after passing an award the Arbitral Tribunal becomes functus officio, it would still have the jurisdiction of clarifying and correcting errors in the award under Section 33 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
