Bom HC: For Absolving Liabi., Insurer Must Prove Employer’s Negligence in Validating Employee’s DL - 18.12.2024

Bom. HC while overturning a Labour Court’s order dismissing a compensation claim and refusing to absolve the liabilities of the insurer, has held that in order to absolve liability, the insurer must prove that there was negligence on the part of employer in validating the employee’s driving license.
