SC: NIA has Power to Investigate Unscheduled Offences Connected with Scheduled Offences - 17.12.2024

Supreme Court has held that if an unscheduled offence is connected with a scheduled offence under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 then the National Investigation Agency shall have the power to investigate the unscheduled offence.
