Gau. HC: MACT Order Dismissing Claim for Being Barred u/s 166(3) of MV Act Set Aside - 16.12.2024

Gau. HC has set aside an order passed by MACT which dismissed a claim petition for being barred by limitation under Section 166(3) of MV Act on the ground that the amendment through which sub-section 3 was inserted was to be effective only from 1st April, 2022 while the accident occurred in 2019.
