SC: Can’t Set Aside Confirmed Sale Except for Fraud, Collusion, Inadequate Pricing - 16.12.2024

SC has explained that any sale by auction or other methods under SARFAESI Act once already confirmed/concluded ought not to be set-aside or interfered with except on grounds such as either being collusive, fraudulent or vitiated by inadequate pricing or underbidding.
