SC: Matters Exclusively Within Jurisdiction of Statutory Authorities are Not Arbitrable - 13.12.2024

SC has stated that matters falling exclusively within the jurisdiction of statutory authorities are not arbitrable and dispute related to wages and termination of an employee would be exclusively dealt by statutory authorities established under Payment of Wages Act, 1936 and the ID Act, 1947.
