SC: Gift Deed Conditioned Upon Rendering of Services Without Remuneration is Unconstitutional - 13.12.2024

Supreme Court has held that a gift deed which has a condition requiring donees to render services without any remuneration, would amount to forced labour and shall not only be wrong or illegal but also unconstitutional.
