Bom HC: Court Can Grant Higher Compensation if Land Acquisi. Award Passed After Amendment to S. 25 - 12.12.2024

Bombay High Court has observed that if an award is passed under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 after the amendment to Section 25 then the Court has the power to grant compensation that is higher than the amount awarded by the Collector.
