Madras HC: Father Can’t Argue Case for Kids - 22.06.2016

Madras HC has denied permission to father of two children to file a writ petition in his name seeking a direction to revenue officials in Karur district to issue community certificates to his sons and argue the case on his own as a party-in-person.
