Bombay HC Rejects PIL against Satyamev Jayate - 22.06.2016

Bombay HC has rejected a public interest litigation which had taken objection to the use of ‘Satyamev Jayate’ as the title of a show hosted by actor Aamir Khan stating these words formed part of the Emblem of India and their usage was in violation of certain provisions of the law.
