Madras HC: Recalling of Warrant without Presence of Accused Depends on Facts - 20.06.2016

Madras HC has said that Courts can entertain petitions to recall Non-Bailable Warrants (NBWs) without insisting on presence of people against whom they had been issued, but it does not mean practice should be followed invariably in all cases irrespective of conduct of the person concerned.
