SC: For Purpose of Bail, Continued Incarceration With No Fault of Accused Would Enure to His Benefit - 25.09.2024

Supreme Court while granting bail to an accused under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 has observed that continued incarceration where the appellant is not entirely at fault for the completion of trial due to a prolonged delay, would enure to his benefit for the purpose of granting bail.
