Del. HC: Directions Issued for Disbursal of Compensation to Victims of Sexual Abuse Under POCSO - 25.09.2024

Delhi High Court has issued directions for disbursal of compensation to victims of sexual abuse where the offence committed falls within the ambit of the POCSO Act. The Court inserted Part F in the existing SOP framed in the backdrop of Delhi Victim Compensation Scheme, 2018.
