Ker HC: Effect of RPwD Act Can’t be Taken Away by Conditions in Prospectus of Educational Institutes - 24.09.2024

Kerala High Court has stated that the effect of the RPwD Act, 2016 cannot be taken away by certain conditions imposed in the prospectus of educational institutes. This does not mean that the State is powerless to adopt a uniform procedure when it comes to admissions to the Professional Colleges.
