Jh. HC: No Internet Facility to be Suspended on Ground of Conducting Examination - 24.09.2024

Jharkhand HC has held that no internet facility, will be suspended within the State of Jharkhand on the ground of conducting any examination as it is now well established that shutting down of internet facility amounts to infringement of fundamental rights under Article 19 of Constitution of India.
