Bom. HC: Person Working as Waiter Where Women are Dancing Cannot be Booked for Obscenity - 20.09.2024

Bombay High Court has held that a person working as a waiter in a bar and restaurant where women are dancing in obscene manner, cannot be booked for the offence of obscenity under section 294 of IPC, 1860 as he is merely performing his duties.
