SC: In Acquittal Appeal, HC to Record Clear Finding While Reversing Judgement - 20.09.2024

Supreme Court has observed that it is not permissible for the Appellate Courts to reverse a well reasoned judgement given by the Trial Court and if they do so a clear finding ought to be recorded by the Appellate Court while reversing it.
