SC: View that Delay Beyond 120 Days In Appeal u/s 37 Can’t Be Condoned, May Require Reconsideration - 19.09.2024

Supreme Court has held that the view that delay beyond the period of 120 days in preferring an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 cannot be condoned may require reconsideration in view of Section 43 of the Act.
