SC: Provisions Prohibiting Pvt. Entities from License for Working on Nuclear Energy, Not Arbitrary - 19.09.2024

SC has observed that Parliamentary regime envisages a calibrated exploitation of atomic power, subject to stringent safeguards, bearing in mind consequences of misuse. Provisions of Atomic Energy Act prohibiting pvt. parties to obtain license for working on nuclear energy, can’t be called arbitrary.
