Del. HC: Can’t Delve into Domain of Experts in Assessing Functional Disability of Medical Aspirant - 13.09.2024

Del HC has clarified that Court’s power are not so expansive as to allow it to create or modify eligibility criteria for pursuing medical education. The standards relating to physical & mental fitness, are determined by experts & institutions with specialized knowledge in field of medical education.
