Ker. HC: Can’t Penalise Vehicle Owners for Glazing With Plastic Film if Confirming to Standards - 13.09.2024

Ker. HC has held that State Government or its officials are not legally justified in penalising owners of motor vehicles, the windscreens or window glasses of which are maintained with “Safety Glass” or “Safety Glazing”, including “Glazing Faced with Plastics” which conforms to the Indian Standard.
