Ker. HC: Foreign Travellers Overstaying After Expiry of Docs. Can’t be Treated as Infiltrators - 12.09.2024

Kerala High Court has observed that foreign nationals who entered India with valid documents and continued to stay even after expiry of such documents cannot be treated as infiltrators under Section 14A of the Foreigners Act, 1946.
