MP HC: While Calculating Maintena. Amount, Loan Taken by Spouse Post Separation Can’t be Considered - 12.09.2024

MP HC has held that while calculating the amount of monthly payment of maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, loan taken voluntarily by the husband post the couple’s separation cannot be taken into consideration.
