Del. HC: Jurisp. for Grant of Bail is that Person Can’t Be Deprived of His Right of Personal Liberty - 12.09.2024

Del. HC has held that even if it is held that the twin conditions as provided in S. 45 of PMLA are not met, the jurisprudence for grant of bail is that person cannot be deprived of his right of personal liberty under Article 21 especially when there is a prospect of long incarceration.
