SC: Information Regarding Rejection of Remission Application to be Immediately Given to Prisoner - 12.09.2024

Supreme Court while hearing a suo motu plea regarding comprehensive policy strategy for the grant of bail to prisoners, has noted that prisoner must be immediately informed about the rejection of the remission application.
