SC: Can’t Direct Legislature to Enact Law for Enforcement of Fundamental Duties - 12.09.2024

SC while hearing a plea seeking enforcement of the Fundamental Duties under the Constitution of India, has observed that duties are very important but legislature cannot be directed to enact a law for the same. It's something which citizens or people of the country have to be conscious about.
