Ker. HC: Centre to Consider Framing Sexual Harassment Laws With More Feminist Perspective - 11.09.2024

Kerala High Court while pointing out lacunae in the PoSH Act, 2013, has stated that legislation doesn’t focus on harassment faced by women seeking employment and there is a need for State to come out with a draft legislation from a more "feminist perspective".
