SC: Not Recording Reasons of Appointment of Junior Officer as Judge Adv. Invalidates Proceedings - 11.09.2024

Supreme Court has stated that the legal position is well settled that non-recording of reasons of appointment of an officer junior in rank as a Judge Advocate in the convening order invalidates the Court Martial proceedings.
