SC Clarifies Judgement on Entitlement of Govt. Employees to Increment Earned 1 Day Before Retirement - 11.09.2024

Supreme Court has made clarifications in its judgement in the case The Director (Admn and HR) KPTCL & Others vs CP Mundinamani and others (MANU/SC/0366/2023
; 2023 INSC 352) which held that government employees who get increment one day prior to their retirement are entitled to it.
