SC: Centre and Assam Govt.’s Response Sought on Deportation of 211 Foreign Nationals - 10.09.2024

Supreme Court while hearing a petition regarding conditions of the detention centres in Assam, has sought response from Union Ministry of Home Affairs and the Assam State Government regarding the manner in which the 211 foreign nationals will be deported.
