MP HC: MP Municipalities (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 has Retroactive Operation - 10.09.2024

MP HC has held that MP Municipalities (2nd Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 has retroactive operation & would apply to cases, where although no confidence motion was moved prior to promulgation of the Ordinance, but still meeting to consider no-confidence motion was fixed after promulgation of Ordinance.
