SC: Can’t Pass Uniform Directions in Matters of Evening Courts & Virtual Hearings at District Level - 09.09.2024

Supreme Court while dismissing a petition seeking provisions of virtual hearing and evening courts at District level, has stated that these are matters of policy, one size fits all solutions cannot be laid down for the entire country. The Country is too complex to issue these kinds of directions.
