SC: NEERI Directed to Classify Non-Polluting Industries with Help of CPCB - 09.09.2024

Supreme Court has directed the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) to take assistance of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and classify and define non-polluting industries and has asked NEERI to call meetings of all stakeholders for the same.
