All. HC: Can’t Implicate Co-Accused u/s 149 when there is No Meeting of Mind Regarding Common Object - 06.09.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that when other co-accused are not present at the spot where the offence was committed and when there is no meeting of mind with regard to any common object then the various co-accused persons cannot be implicated under Section 149 IPC, 1860.
