Mad. HC: Courts Have Power to Grant Maintenance to Muslim Woman Who Has Filed for Divorce - 05.09.2024

Madras High Court has observed that Courts under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 have the power to grant interim maintenance to a muslim woman who has filed for divorce under the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act 1939.
