Bom. HC: Bail Granted to Man on Ground of Having No Intention to Disrupt Public Peace - 05.09.2024

Bombay High Court while granting bail to an accused booked for promoting and supporting Naxalism through his messages on social media, has observed that hat there was no disturbance of law and order or public order or peace and tranquility in the area after the said message was circulated.
